I liked my wave, but a buddie was getting deployed to a-stan (Army Medic) and I gave him that and my strider PT.

We will see how he likes them when he gets back.

Replaced the wave with a Mut, and love it.

I haven't found a need for pliers yet so my current favorite multi is a Leatherman c33T. It covers my current needs. I'm waiting very patiently for the Emerson/Multitasker EDC-1 knife based multi though.

For me, as of right now anyway!

    Light duty=Juice s2
    Medium duty=Wave or Charge AL
    Heavy duty=Surge

I cant decide on the Wave or Charge AL. I leaning toward the Charge AL so what do you all think, Wave ($50) or Charge AL ($85)? Is it worth the extra $$$$? :)

I have a Charge TTI I've had for the last 7 years or so and I couldn't be happier with it. Its been to about 15 countries and has been used countless times, its starting to get a little loose though which is enabling my desire to purchase a Surge, but thus far I am resisting the impulse.

@Mikey, I went with the Charge over the Wave as at that time the Wave didn't come with a Bit exchanger, but now I think I would go for a Wave and spend the savings on a Bit Kit and Bit extender.

I bought a Surge and just returned it as it is just too big for my liking and got the Wave to replace it! I do have the bits and extender which I did purchase just recently with the Wave.

I know the Charge AL and Wave are almost identical except the Charge AL has the 154cm blade and the fact that that blade costs $35 more! Also, I was reading reviews and quite a few comment that the Charge AL is easier or more comfortable to hold onto as the Wave has some sharp edges which is not on the hands when using for awhile. This is what is swaying me to go with the Charge AL over the Wave.

I am debating on buying the Charge AL and selling my new/unopened Wave or just keep it around for the heck of it! :D

Skeletool CX by far. Had a Wave, New Wave, and a Supertool. I lost my New Wave and was extremely pissed about it, loved that thing. My wife bought me the Skeletool for Christmas a few years back and I never looked back. Love that's its so light and thin. The only tools I need 99% of the time are blade, screwdriver, and pliers.

Carry a Charge Tti every day on my work belt and it hasn't let me down yet. For sentimental reasons I love my old Wave.

I am like many others here with a different favourite, depending on the situation.

Juice S2 in Orange - lighter use, or as an accessory rather than a main tool
Wave - the best all-rounder that LM has in the line-up!
    Core - full sized beast.

My favourite of the three- the Wave, hands down.

My Supertool 200 purchased at a yard sale for ten bucks, feels good in my hand, does all I need it to do and more.

Ever since the Gerber Suspension was launched I got really used to the sprung jaw pliers. The tool however was not very strong and had to have many repairs done under warranty.

When the Leatherman Wingman launched with sprung jaws I jumped at it.
Even though I have a bunch of other MT's the Wingman has become my favorite. Also cant complain about the $20 black Friday price I paid for it.

I hate to admit this. ( Being a die hard leatherman fan) I too like the sprung Jaw pliers of the gerber suspension. Ty streak... I just found another reason to need another Leatherman.

When the OHT hits the market I'm gonna be all over one. Spring loaded pliers, fully 1 hand operable toolset, plus it pretty much has all the tools I look for on a multi. I'm stoked!
