The title should say most of it.
Poseidon claimed the 10$ beater I've worn for years, so now I need a new watch.
I'd be very grateful if you can help me.

    My requirements:
    • Price: <50$
    • Analog dial
    • Durable
    • Glow in the Dark hands and numerals

Optional but nice:Tritium for that last one, though I'm not sure it's available in this price range.
The same goes for solar power, and the real longshot would be atomic clock radio syncing.

And if you read why I lost my watch, you may've already guessed the last requirement:
    • Compatible with a Maratec NATO strap

I've tried looking around on Amazon, but am dizzied by the number of options, and can't really tell which would be a good deal or not.
I'm looking at this one: LAPG: S&W Basic Duty Watch.

    Casio Waveceptor Diver-style?

Analog, looks like a diver (but only 100M rated)
It has lume on the dial/hands and it has an LED light
    Atomic clock syncing
and it looks like it has normal lugs underneath the bracelet

Street price appears to be below $50

Thanks a lot for the tips guys.
I looked at these two, as well as a few others. I was didn't think that waveceptors could be had in this range.
I nearly got this one, because it has a slide rule bezel, and I'm really interested in weird stuff like that.

In the end the snazzy looks of the Illuminator (and good reviews of its overall durability and illumination) got me, and one should be arriving in a week or so. I'll tell you all what I think once I've given it a spin.
