I am free to move about DFW area until noon tomorrow. Anyone know of some cool spots to check out? I will be heading back to REI again today. Otherwise I am free. I need to try and find some cool cordage for a necklace if anyone knows of any.

Is there a vender that sells Akubra hats here?

    Anyway let me know.

    Possibly a meet and great?

You could tour Cowboy Stadium. They always seem to have a crowd touring it.

More serious answer. While they're not in Arlington, you have Cabelas at 1 Cabela Drive Allen, TX 75002, 12901 Cabelas Drive
    Fort Worth, TX 76177.

Cheaper than Dirt, 2058 West University Drive McKinney, Texas 75071. Parking is limited.

If you're going to eat somewhere, try one of these places:
Prince Lebanese on Division in Arlington, Big Fish seafood in Grapevine, Blu Ginger Thai in Irving, Tandoor Indian in Arlington (off of Fielder), Hard 8 Barbecue in Coppell (hit it before or after the lunch rush, but avoid the 12-1 crowd)

I'm sure this is too late, but for posterity's sake, I felt like posting it.
