Was married 10 years but never worn any ring. I dont like jewelery at all, even if it is EDC
White gold with a slightly yellowy white gold rotating centr for me
Been married a bit over a year
+1 for Titanium but I haven't wore as much, I'm left handed and I do tattoo among other things that's why I don't ware it as much...
10 and 1/2 years. "Black Hills Gold" band with yellow and pink leaves. Originally had a black enamel background which was very sharp looking but it started to chip off over time so I removed the rest of it and it looks great.
I have been married for a little over three and a half years, but have been with my wife for about 10 years now. I wear a white gold band, which is quite scuffed up now. However, I kinda like it that way.
I have worn the same gold wedding for 15 years, I never take it off
I did during my first marriage, but lost it in some kids stomach. He had a open abdominal wound , (not the reason for the divorce). Got it back before we evacuated him out. So now that I have remarried, instead of taking it on and off I just don't ware one. I know that I am married as well does my wife.
Platnium fron blue nile. Have two, since the first one went missing for several months. Course, turned right up like clockwork a week after the second one was "regiven" to me. The spare (new one)'s in the safe.
The original has been abused for 3 years now. It has a lot of swirly scratching, bot not a single gouge or deep mark of any kind, and I've put it through hell. Only time I don't wear it, is when at sea. Then it goes on a necklace with a breakaway.
I wear Tungsten carbide it have never come off my hand sents it was put on...
Every Day since my Wife put it on my finger 5 years ago.... It doesn't come off even when doing mechanics or heavy work...
White gold, comfort fit.
I wear an 8mm Tungsten Carbide wedding band. I love it. It's almost 4 years old, I never take it off and it doesn't show any wear at all. I routinely use it to open beer bottles (cheap parlor trick) and work on the cars with it on. I love the heft of the ring and I think it would make a pretty good flail with a length of paracord
Daily for nearly 15 years. White gold with rounded "comfort fit" interior.
Also been wearing a second - Zuni - wedding band on right hand. A great but hokey story - we were in Denver on our first anniversary. Found this great shop in old downtown with maybe three dozen rings by this artist. The only one that fit me matched the only one that fit my wife - very detailed rings with sun, corn, house, mountain and a conifer tree. The only difference is mine shows a male conifer and her's a female. None of the other rings matched or fit. Kinda felt we had to buy them.
I've been married for just about 5 years and I have been wearing my wedding band for just as long. It is white gold with a row of 9 tiny diamonds on it. The only thing that lost me is why her ring was ten times as expensive as mine!
Being married for 8 years, my is The Abyss replica from Titanium Era.
What happened to the first one?
Today 14yr Anniversary
I wear the ring that my dad wore when he married Mom in 1960.
He donated it when I married my wife, whom he really likes a lot.
Started with a yellow gold comfort band. Lost that several years ago. :slap: This Christmas my wife bought me a Tungsten band. Tough as nails. Someone told me I could open a beer bottle with it, so I had to try. It worked without a mark. A little tough on the finger, though. :winkwink:
platinum 4mm for 4yrs now. Married 5, the first year was a silver one.
Tungsten, for almost a year and a half. My wife's band is tungsten as well.
We love them, they're so hard to scratch and they stay polished. I considered titanium, but prefer tungsten's extra heft.
