Nice knives everyone. As for indescretion, I usually wear cargo pants and the mule fits nicely clipped inside my right front pocket. And the clip on it is rather small for a knife its size so from the outside you wouldnt know that the knife is as big as it is.

for the past month or so, I've been switching between a zt 560 (my largest knife, I think) and a CRK Sebenza. I prefer a bigger knife.

About the largest I go is right up to the edge of the carry laws. 3.5" blade around where I live. Persian2 G10, Stretch FRN, Superhawk, etc. They certainly aren't "big" but they are far more than I usually need.

I'm pretty sure I'd loose the knife (at best) when I start walking through town with it on my belt. You're not even allowed to have a pocket knife or a box-cutter on you when you're in the center of town, unless you have a really good reason too. & as far as my knowledge goes this is the same in every town in NL.

A SAK is legal here. But nit when you go in a club or pub..

Wouldn't try a para 2 or something like that..

I carry my XM-24 (4 inch blade) daily in my pocket.. .. Larger than necessary, but it's come in handy way more than it would had it been the 3in model :)

The largest knife I carry is 4 inches and that's more than I truly need unless I'm in a pinch for food prep.

My dragonfly handles every task I have. 4 inches of blade is just nice to have and just down right cool looking :)

I either carry a Millie, Police 3, Ulize, or my Szabo in my right front pocket. I love my big spydies! Looking forward to carrying my EDC knife too!

Larger than necessary; in the world of being prepared, surely larger simply means you are better prepared?

Being a UK resident, the limitations of no lock and sub 3" blade mean I carry the Boker Plus XS or the Boker Pkus Trance 42. If it can be justified the Cold Steel Rajah II comes along, but this is a rarity.

I usually carry a Boker Albatros (along with several other smaller blades) that's almost definitely more blade than I really need. <3.5" and no fixed blades is the law in Seattle otherwise I'd probably carry a much larger fixed blade than I'd really need, too.

i mostly carry a cold steel large voyager with the clip point blade. i guess i don't need the bigger blade but it's like carrying a condom. its better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it

Buck 110 is the biggest I own, except for the knife I made form a file. That thing is a good 4.5 inches long and over a quarter inch thick that I only carry in my backyard. It is quite the chopper. :D

I hardly ever carry my Socom Elite because of how it carries and the big blade. My 0550 is the biggest bulkiest knife I rountinely carry, my small sebenza is about all I really need.

One is none, two is one, and three is back-up.:bounce:
    That's the version I know.

Right now, I EDC a Delica or a serrated Stretch, as well as an SE Manbug or SE Dragonfly. More than I need, but I prefer that.
