I normally eat one muffin every morning with one cup of freshly ground coffee.
Not very nutritious but what I'd give for some american waffles with lots of butter and maple syrup. :drool:
Generic Rice Crispies or Wheat Flakes with Skim Milk and 2 slices of lightly butter or cream cheese topped white toast
Most of time, a cup of coffee. I take breakfast only when i'm travelling and the days where i've sports.
todays breakfast was 4 biscuits covered with a mound of hash browns, topped with two over easy eggs, all smothered in gravy with pieces of bacon sprinkled on top, and a tall glass of orange juice
i love my wife.
I just aced my cholesterol tests, but I will keep on with morning oatmeal/wheat germ/raisins.

Breakfast everyday period. I'll even be late for work if it means picking something up somewhere. I currently keep a stock of Bob Evans Biscuit Stuffers (Sausage Gravy) in the freezer, so I grab one on my way to work and just nuke it when I get there.
I do eat breakfast sometimes if I know I will need the energy but im normally elevenses man.
And you could still move after all that? Makes me hungry!!!!!!!
Most of the time no, unless a pot of coffee counts. I make up for it at lunch and dinner time.
If you don't eat breakfast, you should start before your doctor tells you too ...

I'm a seldom. My body generally doesn't like food too soon after waking in the morning. I'm rarely hungry early. Sometimes when I force myself to eat because I know I will need it that day, I end up feeling ill. If I feel like it I try to eat something. If I don't feel like it there needs to be a very good reason to push it.

I always intend to.
I'll often buy a nice loaf, some crumpets, pikelets or lovely fresh Bagels on the way home from work with the intention of having some toast for breakfast the next day, but..
When morning comes, I prefer an extra 10-15 minutes in bed.
Come to think of it, I dont even have a drink in the morning, unless you count afew mouthfuls of (warm & soapy! yuk!) water whilst Im in the shower, but there's always a coffee waiting for me when I get to work & we drink maybe 7-8 cups of tea or coffee during the day.
Always. Usually it's Ready Brek or Weetabix, and if I'm running late then something at work at my desk. It's the only thing that stops serious mid-morning snacking.
that many carbs so early in the day, probably not a good idea. boil up some eggs, and keep them in the fridge. you can crab them on your way out the door.
