Full size SAK or leatherman for the big stuff, Keychain SAK for the fiddly stuff (and things like tweezers etc). Never thought I'd be a 2-knife-guy and if I ever found the right toolset at the right price and the right weight I'd possibly go back to one. Don't see anything on the horizon though.

i carry multple knives every day for various reasons.

A Victorinox Huntsman in my front pocket, i like it for the fine blade for certain cutting tasks, but it is mainly used for the other tools.

Leatherman Skeletool clipped to my front pocket, this is my primary knife for most tasks.

A ramdom Kershaw speedsafe knife in my back left pocket. This is in case my right hand is in use and I can't get to my skeletool. The assisted open with flipper is easy to use left handed.

A kershaw cinder on my keychain. Honestly, i never use it, but it is tiny and i own it, i figured it couldn't hurt.

I also have a blade on my leatherman style cs, i never really use the blade on this

I also carry a leatherman surge on my belt, i never use this as a knife either.

@severdhed: I don't think I've seen anyone else on here carrying so many LM tools on a daily basis. You might have a record here -- we should all write LM to send you a certificate of some sort!

One of these or similar for food and hygiene related tasks
    [IMG]
One of these for the tasks I won't mind if I destroy them
    [IMG]
And now both of these for cutting things I really want/need to cut efficiently
    And a leatherman

Honestly I generally carry a minimum of 2 knives and a Leatherman Charge TTi which has 2 blades itself.
Today is kind of abnormal for me, I am carrying a Bradford Guardian 4 and a GEC #47 Viper... usually it's a Spyderco Paramilitary 2 and a Southern Grind spider monkey.
    Today:

    Normally:

I carry 2 dedicated knives and a multitool because as they say, 2 is 1, and 1 is none.

I usually carry a SAK for the tools and a medium sizes folder for heavier or tougher use.

Usually a Benchmade Protagonist in my jacket, bag or clipped somewhere outside my pockets (depending on the surroundings ;)), Spyderco Para Military 2 in the pocket, and a Real Steel 130A in another pocket.

Oh, and a Spyderco ... Honeybee? Grasshopper? Anyway, the smallest one of those really tiny little knives from the Bug series. In yet another pocket. :p

Why? I like them. And I must like pockets, too, obviously. :)
And the blades have different enough shapes to be good for different things, in different situations. Or so I keep telling myself ... ;)

    In my EDC bag:
    - Spyderco Endura 4 folder
    - Leatherman Surge multi-tool
    - Ka-Bar BK11 fixed-blade

Total: 4 blades. I thought of including my Ontario RAT Model 2 in my EDC extension pouch but decided against it, because if I got spot-checked at random, I'd have a lot of explaining to do. For now, I can explain that mine is an outdoor job, a fixed-blade can do things a folder can't and a folder is more convenient for certain things than a fixed-blade. Whether or not the spot-checking officer buys my explanation is another story, though.

I carry 5 knives, one in my pocket then have a few in an edc bag, one fixed, one swiss army, and one multiple tool and a backup folder in case i forget my "pocket carry" for the day. It's not to intentionally think about how many I carry I just throw stuff in the bag I like to use, EDC is fun for me not just practical :)

I generally carry 2, a SAK and a Peanut. Sometimes a third one sneaks in when I'm out woods walking.
