Battle of the Multi Tools :p

I'm just curious has to how they stack up here for EDCers. You can vote for multiple, but please consider only voting for the 'best' of each sort that you carry....

Now I tried to include a wide range, but I'm probably still forgetting some. If it becomes clear that I'm missing something pretty important, just let me know, and I'll fix the poll, or anyone with those sort of powers, just feel free to do it.

Besides my Wave, I own a Juice and a SOG Pocket Power Plier. I marked "other" for those.

I also carry a Leatherman Crunch and an original Leatherman tool (some call it a PST), besides the ones I marked in the survey. I take turns carrying different tools, i.e., a tool rotation.

I carry an Supertool, I have about 5 of them that followed me home from the army, all though there is a wave in the truck.  I hate the changable bits on the new leathermans and I need the saw.  I am considering a core though.

I typically carry a Leatherman Juice CS4. Before that I carried a Leatherman Wave Oldstyle that still gets used and carried regularly. My Leatherman Micra is the other tool that I voted for and carry regularly. I often carry just that if I want a light day instead of the CS4 or the Wave. The only other thing that I carry that wasn't an option was a Victorinox Soldier but I understand that it is not technically a multitool. I just figured I'd mention it since it covers the range of tools I carry.

Leatherman Charge Ti for me. It's a small emergency tool box on your belt!

You really need to add one to the list because it is the best made multitool. Its the Victorionox Spirit...it is much smaller than the swisstool. Better quality over Leatherman and other brands plus it's cheaper.

I carry a BuckTool. Wouldn't expect it to be on the list, it's kinda old, but it does what I need it to do, has pliers, and offers locking blades. Can't ask for much else in a multi, except maybe not to rust like mine is...

Leatherman Pulse. Everything I need on a daily -- well, weekly anyway -- basis, plus the file. And everything locks.

    Leatherman:
    Charge Ti
    Juice XE6
    Squirt P4

    Gerber:
    Shortcut

Except for the Squirt and Shortcut, I don't carry all of them simultaneously. I will alternately have the Charge or Juice.

I find the LM Micra very pocketable in its leatherette slip-pouch (sounds like some sort of dodgy underwear! :)) & it rarely scares the :censored:, but IF Im carrying anything on my belt its usually an old-style Wave. I have a Supertool too, but that lives in the 007 case in the boot of my car, abit too heavy to carry but very sturdily built & the serrated & VERY pointy blade on it just scares the C**p outta me!

My daily "dress uniform" is slacks and a dress shirt. (Fortunately, no tie!) It kinda limits the amount of stuff I can carry. I have nothing external on the belt, but keep a small Sebenza clipped in my right front pant's pocket. I've carried an LM micra (back-up flashlight attached) since they first came out and am on my third one due to abusing them. (Abt due to make it forth!) I also own 3 Waves, and wish I could EDC one! I use the freekin' scissors daily for opening padded envelopes to trimming my nails and would be hurtin' without it

    Larry!
