Sadly the iPhone is on me more than anything. When I get home I take everything else out of the pockets, but the phone still resides.

    Besides wallet/keys:

    iPhone
    Casio Pathfinder Watch
Contacts (as some pointed out earlier, NOT optional)
    Olight S10 Baton

As far as I can think of, everything else rotates. I wish I was one of those guys that could say I haven't taken off my wedding ring in 7 years (Monday), but I got fat knuckles, skinny fingers, and dry hands. So I can't.

About 4 years ago I was stranded at work in 3' of snow with no food or water. I now refuse to leave the house without my camelbak and usually have meals prepared a week at a time.

Only single item that never leaves me is a silver neck chain with an engraved cross my wife gave me. My casio protrek solar comes off when I shower (hygiene products and hot water apparently lessen the life of some seals) my paracord bracelets come off sometimes at night.

But every single day no matter what happens, I have a knife either folder or fixed blade. I have my MT and torch. Wallet, phone and key chain is always with me if I leave the house.

I'll never be more than arms reach from a blade. Never.

    Sent from a wondering soul.

Knife and a light, but not always the same ones. I think perhaps the only thing always with me when I'm out is my driver's license.

My only TRUE everyday carry item is my Galaxy S3. Everything else I carry (light, knife, wallet, watch, etc) gets rotated regularly. Though my keys stay the same, even they get switched around to different carrying methods (KeyGrip or carabiner).

Now that I think about it, even my phone technically gets rotated every two years when I upgrade . . . nothing is constant.

There are five things I never leave home without. Wallet, phone, knife, light and handgun.

Even when I forget my ring or watch, or if I'm just working in the yard, I never leave these things behind (much to Mrs. Xader's chagrin)

    Knife.
Every time I leave the house i consider what I may need, sometimes I take a risk and leave wallet, torch, lighter, phone etc. at home but I never leave home without a knife.

iPhone 5S in Lifeproof case, a knife (which varies depending on clothing and where I'm going), wallet, Chapstick, and tungsten carbide wedding ring (which serves as my bottle opener). Always have these.

The handgun comes only if I'm leaving my yard, or if I intend on leaving at some point.
