Just picked up this one a couple of days ago. I've never had a 40 before but it was such a great price I couldn't pass on it. Only had 2 mags through it. Night sights and LEM trigger. NS are so dim so I'm gonna put some Trijicon HDs on it. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
The compact FNS-9C made the cut. Handled one at a recent 'Gun Show', it's just about perfect for CCW.
I was able to shoot the Legion P226 the other day and Daum, that’s one nice gun. Think that will be my next. “The rights of conscience, of bearing arms, of changing the government, are declared to be inherent in the people.” Fisher Ames
I’m thinking some flavor of 38 snubbie. I like the LCR, but would love to find a decent Taurus CIA (if such a thing exists)
Hard to go wrong with a SIG. Both accurate, and reliable. I'm partial to the P226 [Navy] version myself.
not a new gun, but a new upper for my G17.... ordered a Swensen G17 slide machined for a RMR... in case anyone does this, make sure to order the firing pin channel liner (inserts into the bare slide to support/guide the front of the firing pin).... since it was out of sight, and never removed it when stripping my Glocks, I overlooked it at first on my faux G19 build....the upper parts kits included one, so ordered a second to fit it to the previous conversion as I age my vision is getting worse, and want to play with a Vortex Venom in a RMR location, while I still have options to play with.. regards
installation of the channel liner with the tool from Swensen was very easy... slid in with a little pressure, and a couple of taps with the end of a screwdriver made a positive seat... the Venom was straightforward, two included cap screws... didn't have and blue loctite, so will do that today...shot it without a front sight, but later added a take off sight when returned home... initial presentation looking for a traditional sight picture makes the dot very easy to pick up... match tomorrow, depending on availability of gasoline, will shoot the radial delayed PCC, but the Carry Optic next month... regards
