I just picked up a blueberry beer to try this weekend. I've been trying the ones brewed with coffee too.

Living in the Northwest means I'm fairly well spoiled for good beer, but let's see what I lean on the most...

    Domestic
    Rogue - Juniper Pale Ale
Fire Mountain Brewing - Oregon Pale Ale
    Full Sail - Session Lager
    Bridgeport - Ropewalk Ale
    New Belgium - Mothership Wit

    Foreign
Hoegaarden (a more perfect beer I do not believe has been invented)
    Georg Schneider - Wiesen Edel-Weisse
    Weihenstephaner
Brauhaus Vetter - Anything they're serving

People speak of my drinking, but they never consider my thirst. ;)

My favorite beer is Kentucky Bourbon Ale. It is brewed and aged the barrels previously used to aged Kentucky bourbon. It is hard to come by outside of Kentucky as they don't ship, but it really is tasty stuff!

I have recently started enjoying Staten Optimator very much, but I don't think it has taken the place of dos equis ambar.

I'm definitely going to try that if I ever end up in Kentucky.

Tried this one not that long ago. One of the "deepest" beers I've tasted.

That looks fantastic. Widmer Brewing do similar beers over here, they do very limited runs aged in Whiskey Casks and they were delicious. However, at $14/bottle it was a rare treat for myself.

This one was around $6, I had to try it when I saw it.

I'm currently on a Flying Dog Raging B**** Ale 8.30% ABV. But I'm always trying new dark beers.

I saw the pic before I noticed who posted it and all I could think was "when did Mumbo move to the East Coast?"

Can't imagine why - looks nothing like one of his pics ;)
(just used my iPhone to snap the pic so not the quality of Mumbo's masterpieces)

I think I have a new favorite boat beer. While out for our first day on the boat this year I was drinking Shiner Ruby Red Bird. It didn't taste anything like I thought it would.

"Shiner Ruby Redbird is brewed with genuine Texas Rio Red Grapefruit, the signature sweet citrus of the Rio Grande Valley, and ginger. This lager beer features grapefruit tartness and finishes with a 'lil kick of ginger. With Texas Ruby Red Grapefruit and Ginger, Shiner Ruby Redbird is sure to be a crisp and refreshing summer beer."

Hmmm...I'm going to have to look for that here in New York. I love ginger, but the one beer I found made with it was way to sweet for my taste.

I have a group of friends who own a local micro-brewery called Liquid Hero Brewery so I typically drink their stuff.

Some other favorites of mine are Dogfish Head 90 & 120 Minute IPA and Stoudts Scarlet Lady Ale
