Two of my favorite brews.
I keep hearing about Arrogant Bastard. Where is it brewed?
Stone Brewing in San Diego area: http://www.stonebrew.com/home.asp. Great stuff!
Simple but good: Guinness
Its starting to get hot in Virginia which puts me in the mood for Bell's Oberon and the Blue Moon summer varietal, Honey Moon. Two delicious beers to drink on warm/hot days.
I'm a big Miller guy- Miller Genuine Draft, Miller Lite, Miller High Life are the most common beers I drink. I also love Coors light.
When it comes down to higher-end "real" beers, I love almost any Samuel Adams- Boston Lager, Sam's Light, Octoberfest, Blackberry Whitbeir, Cherry Wheat, etc. I also love a few Shipyard brews, especially Pumpkinhead.
I also can't turn down a Cerveza. Dos Equis, Corona, Tecate, Bohemia...so good.
You guys are lucky to have so many different choices of beer. For those of us who are Gluten intolerant or the like, there are few beers around here. There's the crappy Redbridge (all water and no flavor), Bards (which is OK), and a great Belgian: Green's Gluten-Free Belgian Ale. Not the best beer in the whole wide world, but still pretty darn good...for a gluten free beer.
Dr Chim, I don't know how you do the Miller. Hell, I remember Miller Lite bein' my first beer and I couldn't do it. Somethin' about the flavor. I'm a Budweiser guy, Bud Lite being my favorite as far as value goes.
But man being from South Texas, I know where you're coming from on Mexican beer. A good Corona defiantly calms the nerves.
Woodchuck Hard apple cider
I could say that right back at you. I can't really do Bud Light. It makes Keystone Light or Natural Light seem appetizing, that's how much I don't care for it.
Aside from that, let's just settle on a Cerveza!
Pete's Wicked Ale!
bud light for cheap beer and usually at the bars, and flying fish for the relaxing. besides the taste of flying fish being great it is also brewed right here in nj
I like Coors when I'm out on the water and in the sun. I like Guinness sometimes, Sam Adams, Blue Moon or a Hefenweizen sometimes with dinner. I went through a microbrewery phase, Stone, Brewdog, Lagunitas etc. I've found the normal production line beers are just fine.
Hoegaarden. Wheat beers always wins!!!
I would have to say it's the Paulaner Hefeweizen!

Right now my favorite cheap beer is Stag (a buddy says it's a meal in a bottle. You get your Steak Taters And Gravy). And I'm always done for a Schlafly Pale Ale.
!!! I'm salivating bad!!!!
My first posting on edcforums.com ... Greetings

Weekend beer purchase
Weihenstephaner Kristall Weissbier
Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse Dunkel
Samuel Adams Imperial White Ale
Indians Wells Lobotomy Bock
Drunk, so I started to roll the wheat beers. I wanted to shake up all the ingredients.
Indian Wells Lobotomy Bock in a Ritzenhoff Crystal (RC) glass
Samuel Adams Imperial White in a Ommegang Witte glass
I made this cocktail at 12:30 AM. Usually stuff like this gets me banned from the forums. I get all wasted.
I mixed Indian Well's Lobotomy Bock (10.8% ABV) and Samuel Adam's Imperial White Ale (10.3% ABV).
I just started drinking it... ha
I enjoy Coors light at any given happy hour and my special beer is FourPeaks Kilt Lifter. Even more special is Sprecher Oktoberfest, only get it if I go north in the fall to see fam. which happens every few years.
