As it warms up I'm wearing my PF Flyers more, but my Chippewa loggers are still far and away most worn.

I just bought these from REI for $109 ($50 off). The fit well, and hopefully they last for a while.

I got an amazing deal on these Thorogoods. USA made, flame and heat resistant with a vibram sole.

I just bought the same pair 2 months ago, I've always wore work boots in the past because I destroy $100 shoes in a couple months. I've beat on mine pretty hard everyday and they still look like new

I have been wearing the Merrell Moab Waterproof Hiking Shoe pretty consistently. I have the Beluga (gray) and Bark (brown) colors. They're comfortable out of the box, roomy, functional, have pretty good traction, and are waterproof. For whatever reason, the brown pair seem hotter than the gray pair which are a year older. Still, they're both about as cool as a tennis shoe in warm weather but not as airy (read: cool) in cooler weather.

Mine are the Beluga, too. Love them. I wore all generations of the chameleon stretch previously, but they were defintely not waterproof and wet socks were had on many a day. Very glad I graduated to the Moab.

    ...go hogs.

never really took pix of my shoes before.. so no pix. during summer, it's usually birky. either arizona or boston. during winter, it's danner explorer. little heavy, but built like a tank and you can always get it fixed up, for cost, at the factory.

I love my vibram five fingers and pretty much wear them every where. I just received two new pairs yesterday to replace my worn out pair. Next best thing compared to going barefoot [IMG]

I've been digging my barefoot sandals Xeroshoes. Based off the tarahumara running dudes in mexico. Lightweight and airy.

I used to wear Oakley SI 6" boots for work. They are sooooooo comfy but wear out too quickly.

Now I have Alt-Berg Peacekeepers both steel toe and without.

In my own time I have some lovely Oakley Flak Jacket boots that I picked up on a trip to the states nearly 6 years ago and they are still A1. Also have a pair of Hi-Tec Cascadia boots which are superb in winter/wet.

Otherwise it's Asics, NB or flip flops.

My wife hates the fact that I have no 'fashionable' shoes.

From what I have seen, fashionable = impractical.
