Currently a scapular. However, I do need to up the ante a bit.
Add a millstone and that's how I feel a lot of the time!
Can you get a simple ball and chain, chain, at a hardware store?
You should be able to. It's sold as lamp pull chain. Craft stores may have it in colors too. That's where I buy bead chain for tying fishing flies.

Totally depends on how well stocked the hardware store is. This is one of those items that hardware stores used to carry, but some have moved them to online orders only.
A bit non-intuitive, but they are found in the accessories for ceiling lights and fans, so it's also likely you will find them in a local lighting store.
Another source for them are craft stores like Joanns and Michaels.
EDIT: Apparently, NYFXT is running with a bit more coffee this morning. The furry princess decided 4:30 would be a good time to wake me up for some cuddles, so my brain is still oatmeal.

I've heard of Indian Time, but this is the 1st mention of Animal Time I have seen. Remy the cat always jumps on the bed between 5:30 and 6 AM. Don't even have a clock anymore to get me up.
She's been annoyed at me for a couple of weeks because of an irregular sleep pattern (mine). Usually she'll wait for me or she'll curl up on the desk next to the monitor, there's an HDPE board with a fleece pad next to the monitor for her. The HDPE is just for weight so the pad doesn't go flying off the table everytime the lands on it. However, she really, really prefers the bed, blankets and at least 30 minutes of cuddles, scratching and head bunting before bed.
A couple of drama queen episodes today due to the perceived neglect.
Felines are spoiled rotten around here.
Make sure it's solid stainless steel as the cheap plated stuff will turn you're neck into a stripped one when you wear thru the coating.
It is also used in toilet tanks to attach the handle to the rubber flapper that opens when the toilet is flushed. So a plumbing store may have it as well. I know it as bead chain. I know my father has several different types and sizes in his hardware store. I believe he even has brass. It's pretty easy to come by around here. Just have to know the right places to look YMMV
Fairly Ti Backpacker tonight.
Silver figaro chain. It is about 15mm thick, and 55 cm long. Sometimes i add another silver chain with pendant.
I made M3 Red/Blue Mokume Fang:
"M3 metal/lava blanks are composed of about 95% atomized metal and volcanic ash mixed with resin binder creating an incredibly unique product that can be turned and finished with standard woodturning tools."
Right now I have a Mora Classic #2 on bank line necklace. I am loving the true Scandi grind.
Usually...nothing. Occasionally a Cold Steel Para Edge.
Untanned skin. I find it useful to keep out infections and keeping my body from drying out. Also protects the underlying tissue.
I might go for a more tan color this summer
