    Hi all,

I saw a watch today on a young man that I really liked, but couldn't make out the brand. Here is what I remember:

    1) Large, black watch, black face
    2) Len-like round protruding crystal
    3) Nylon/fabric strap

I know this is really broad, but I don't even know where to start when trying to ID a watch online. The fact that it had a protruding crystal and a fabric strap seemed like an odd combination that I liked.

I realize there are plenty of watches with fabric/nylon straps, but I don't think I've ever seen a watch with a fabric band but having a round crystal/lens/whatever it's called. I thought that was very strange considering most modern watches have flat crystals.

And yes, I realize this thread is borderline pointless lol just thought I'd give it a shot. Also it was like 9AM so I was too tired to think to ask :( Oh well.

Was it a NATO strap or a Bund strap?
Did it have a rotating bezel like a dive watch? Or was it like a military watch?

    I thought of this first:

This description makes me think of the "Anti-Reflective Spheric Flame Fusion Crystal" design that Invicta
uses on some of their watches.

Isn't that a Getat? You're going to see a PAM before you ever see one of those...

Thanks for the help guys, looks like I have a few brands I can at least look at now, obviously I probably won't find the exact watch but I'd like to find something of similar design.

I don't think it was digital.

Could have been a Lumtec, although I think the bezel and face design were not that clean looking. I don't think it had a bund strap, but :censored: those look cool (just looked them up).

Yeah, looked close to that, but the face of the watch looked much more modern and was more busy (less simple look).

Been looking around...I think it may have been a Luminox with an aftermarket strap. Thanks all.

Probably was. I just googled "mini-fiddy" to find an image.
