Update - The refills I've found online so far all seem to be said to fall out of the pen. This is not the "Stylus Pen", and the correct name is "Telescopic" pen, not "collapsible" as I said in the title (sorry about that). I don't know if they still make it or not, but Zebra used to make a collapsible pen. I really liked them because they wrote well, had a medium BP cartridge, and they expanded to a nearly full sized pen when extended. I used to put them in my FAK, and in my EDC pocket organizer. Yesterday I checked these pens and the ink cartridge in one of them is dried up. It's an odd looking cartridge. Anyone know where I can get another? Yes, I know I could just use a Fisher space pen, but I have really big hands and those are hard for me to write with, which is why I liked this Zebra pen so much. It extended from about 2" to about 4" when deployed, so it was really handy.
I have a couple of older Zebra Telescopic pens, which are basically just the StylusPen minus the stylus. They take D1 refills. That's probably what you're looking for. If not, odds are it's a standard Zebra refill.
UPDATE - So tonight I was just goofing around in my office and I remembered I had some Fisher refills for a Skilcraft Aviator pen I have. For those unfamiliar with the Skilcraft Aviator, it is has a black and red pen insert as well as a 0.5mm pencil. Depending on how far you rotate the barrel you can choose either ink, or the pencil to write with (it's a pretty slick pen/pencil combo). Plus it's all brass and meets all the aviation FOD requirements (I work in aviation). Anyway, I remembered the refills for the Skilcraft Aviator were pretty uniquely sized (i.e. very small), so I pulled one out and decided to try it as a refill in the Zebra telescoping pen I mentioned in the OP. @Tesla was the one who gave me the idea by mentioning the space pen, as I had also noted in the OP. Well, it turns out this Fisher refill works PERFECTLY in the Zebra pen! Couldn't ask for a better fit, with no mods required. So, now I have a Fisher refill in the Zebra pen in my small pocket organizer. And, being a Fisher, it's pressurized and will write on virtually anything, at virtually any temperature too. Perfect for my little FAK which goes with me in my pack or 'purse'. I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed with this development! Best of all, I didn't have to buy anything at all. I had originally bought the refills for my Skilcraft Aviator thinking I'd need a refill, but these inserts last forever, so I haven't needed the refills I bought and they were just sitting in a supply box collecting dust, so why not use one? Win-win and win!
I suspect you mean the Zebra SL F1? It's not in the current line-up over on Zebra pens, although you can get the pens in a limited range of colours at a few places, including Amazon; the refils are another story, and while I have a few (three, iirc) in the spares box, I haven't found the dedicated refills online (using a quick search). I think you might be SOL on this one, sorry
