I was just about to vote for clicky, but then I realized my most used pens are multipens, and they are in fact twisties. So twisty it is.

I voted fountain pen, though it could have been clicky as my EDC pen is a Pilot Capless.

My favorite pens are fountain pens, but if I use a ballpoint it's a fisher spacepen. In general though I replace the medium with a fine. Their mediums are pretty broad.

I voted capped, but I love using fountain pens. Clicky pens just irritate me - not sure why.

My favorite pen is a Lammy 2000 both fountain and rollerball.

I sometimes use a fountain insert (uses standard ink cartridges) in one of my handmades, but unless I'm working from a fixed site for more than a few days at a time, it doesn't seem all that practical. I'm also beginning to use my iPad for more note-taking function than in the past, so in a few months, my favorite carry pen may be my Boxwave stylus.

I have a tactical pen in my briefcase that I use from time to time, but always carry a fisher space pen. I'd love to see any mods or lanyard wraps anyone has done on a space pen.

My dad has a lathe as well, he and I turn tons of pens each year as gifts. One of my favorite kits is the "cigar pen" kit from Penn state or similar. The twisty isn't ideal, and it's a bit heavy for edc. However, I love his thick it is. Super comfy to write with, and makes a good desk pen or jacket pocket pen. Another kit I recently had success with is the "vertex" kit. It's a capped pen, held with a magnet. I can provide links when I get home if you like, I'm out at the moment.

I Really Love My Fisher Space Pen Bullet, But I'm Also Looking For Another Pen, Looking More Into Heavy Duty Tactical.
They Need To Make A Really Large SAK With A Nice Small Tac Pen On It.

I have a Cross classic that I have carried ~15+/- years. It is a twist, but I keep it twisted out, ready to use, clipped to the collar of my t-shirt.
I guess instead of voting twist, i should have voted stick/other.

Click....not fun to deal with cap loss or any part of a pen that has to be removed to use it. And on the cheap twistys they always seemed to close as I wrote...kinda lost a love for those as well.
