Getting in the car the clip in my right front pocket nicks the steering wheel.
That happens to me too from time to time.
Are those custom scales on the Chaparral 2? They look awesome!
No, those are the stock scales. There are custom Carbon Fiber Cuscadi Scales on the Pingo, though.
Usually my Manix 2 Moonglow rides on my belt. Sometimes the Dragonfly is in my pocket.
Spyderco resilience, spyderco Matrix 2 XL, spyderco bug, spyderco ladybug 3
EDC is a PM2. Sometimes a Tenacious and sometimes a Caly3.

Hmmmm, I've seen pictures of the Chaparrel but never noticed the details on the scales. Cool stuff.
These were hard to find when I got this one, so I settled for the camo one they had in stock at the Spyderco factory outlet...
And dyed it black after carrying it a few months...
How did you dye it?
Lately a Breeden Rescue.
Just got my first Spyderco, the Puuko w/Arizona Ironwood handle. I L-O-V-E it. Have not stopped playing with it since I stalked down the post lady this afternoon.
I rarely EDC a big spydie, its too hard to explain, so i typically just have a swisstool.
But around home i typically have one of the big salts (pacific or atlantic) or a byrd Wings
I'm wearing my tweed overcoat tomorrow so I can carry the sweet sheath that comes with the Puuko. It's legal to carry but looks weird in the city, hence the overcoat.
Stovetop method with liquid Rit dye.
Simple enough Thanks!

I gotta ask, how is the clip cutting the leather steering wheel? Are you using it while driving?
Sadly, I don't own a Spyderco yet. But my wife is hopefully getting me a Native for a late Chirstmas present.
This bad boy has been my edc for the past couple months and this thing is AMAZING!
