Switched out the Rebar I've been carrying all winter for my Charge TTi, a seasonal ritual. I use it for unplanned gardening when I spot something that needs removal. Same sheath for each.
Its been a while since I updated this. 1> On my belt, in a sheath: my trusty LM Blast 2> In my pocket, on a 'pickpocket' dangler: LM Squirt PS4 3> In my edc bag: LM Rebar -- essentially an updated Blast and a LM Squirt PS4; both in a little toolkit that stays in the edc bag. Yes, a bit redundant with what is on my belt and in my pocket. There are times I don't have the edc bag with me; there are other times I'm not wearing jeans and so don't carry as much on my person... Side Note> BTW, both the Blast and the Rebar are paired with a 'Pocket Wrench II' -- a useful little flat gadget for holding an opposing nut still whilst using the pliers! 4> In my car trunk bag: LM SuperTool 300 5> In the car console: LM Rev. Mostly this is there for the rare occasion where I need to apply pliers etc and don't want to be bothered digging in the trunk bag. 6> In my pipe pouch: LM Style PS Guess that about covers it! LM Charge TTi Milwaukee Fastback version 3. Has more than one place to cut so it does fall into the MT category.
Gerber MP600 bladeless....in the good old United Kingdom so I can't carry my Leatherman Charge TTi. I carry this in my work/ daily bag. Unless I'm in work, I also carry a UK legal slipjoint folder too. Currently it's a CRKT Liong Mah #5 ( in red). I love this knife; it's replaced my Spyderco Squeak as edc.
I've been a Juice S2 carrier for quite a few years, but over the last couple months I've been really digging the Rebar for belt carry. I like that I can stuff a pen and AAA flashlight in the sides of the sheath, and it doesn't feel a whole lot different than carrying the Juice on my belt. Then I can add in the bit driver attachment and it opens up a whole world of possibilities fo the Rebar.
I had a Screwpop ...it was great until the bit fell out. Nothing ever fitted it after that. Are the bits still non standard?
Traveling makes my choices harder. Currently using leatherman wingman. Not the best choice. But better than nothing. And not gonna cry if confiscated or stolen!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Leatherman Sideclip. One of the best multitools ever made and sadly discontinued. I think a Sideclip 2.0 with an upgraded tool set would sell very well. But until then I got my hands on three of them and it is a very competent tool. Sent from my D6503 using Tapatalk
