I had the 29, but gave it to my dad as a gift. It's a sweet little tool for sure. Too bad the 34 is so expensive, maybe someday..

How do the handles feel when you're using the other tools on the spirit?

The Spirit is by far the most comfortable and ergonomic multitool I've handled. YMMV but it fits my hand perfectly when using the blade or drivers.

For me, I think the handles are more comfortable using the other tools than the pliers. If you are thinking about getting a Spirit just do it. They are fantastic.

agreed. i have the spirit x and leatherman wave and for me the spirit wins hands down. the build quality, feel in hand and tool selection, which is all accessible from the outside, are excellent. i do prefer the thinner nose on the wave pliers though.

I'm so happy to be carrying my 2011 Damasteel Climber. I sold it back when I needed some funds and am happy to now have it back.
