    CB6 Beamshots - as promised:

Typical garage shot (no car, this time).

Same shot, but with the Blue primary. Pretty damned bright. Notice the purpleish edges around the spot - not nearly as purple, in real life. Looks a lot better, in person.

Looking back the other way (garage)

and with the Blue. Very useable light.

    ..and with the Blue

Not my greatest picture :| I didn't hold it at a straight angle (it was kind of angled down); so the spot beam looks almost oblong, rather than round. This was taken maybe a few yards away from the garage door. Notice the strange pattern, This is because of the dual reflectors. Not an issue, outdoors, or anywhere but white wall hunting lol. White walls are completely unforgiving of flashlights. They show up any and all artifacts, defects, or just plain oddities in any light. I knew this shape would be more prevalent in this light, because of the design, but felt it was a nice compromise, considering the dual (quadruple, actually) emitters - two of them are primaries.

Overall, a really nice light. I'm liking it, more and more, with each use :)

Used mine countless times on scene trying to find patients in huge fields and woods. Couldn't tell you the exact measurement of distance but from the eye test it "throws" pretty dang far. Love my PD35!

I have a Fenix E12 on the way. I wanted something smaller than the Surefire E2D and I don't like the side button on the Olight S20. Hopefully this will fit the bill.

My L10C just stopped working after a few months. Retailer said he'd replace it but haven't heard from them yet.
My L10 twisty is a great light though for the $ and I prefer its smaller form

I had to pay to ship the subsequent two clicky versions I got back when they were delivered to me defective. They seemed to have fixed the natural one but they sent the black one back with the same exact problem I sent in it for. I was not happy that 1. they BOTH came defective 2. I had to pay to send it back and 3. they sent one of them back with the exact same problem. The twisty came in the other day and appears to work fine. But it reminded me I really am not a fan of twisties in general. If I didn't love the mode spacing and Nichia 219 so much I'd be done with them and their subpar customer service. But it's the exact light I want/need so I'm stuck

Received my first "higher end" light a few days ago (Fenix PD35). Most I've ever sent on a flashlight. I like it alot but wish it had a little tighter beam for more throw. Even as is, though, the amount of throw and flood it gives off at the various lumen stages is a remarkable ratio! I'll give it an A- for now until more time passes and I get a longer history with it.

    I've just ordered a Nitecore EC20, and also have a Klarus XT2C, and a SolarForce L2P with a Customlites XM-L2 S6 72 drop-in, coming in.

I hear that :). I'm currently at sixteen SolarForce lights. They are superb hosts, and there's a huge number of aftermarket drop-ins that can be used in these. Love 'em!
