First step into the world of Maxpedition for Resurgam! I just won an OD Fatboy on ebay.

I keep a fully loaded 3-day assault pack from London Bridge Trading Company in the truck that is my BOB/GHB, but I'm always toting massive pocketfulls of stuff, so.. enter the maxped manpurse.

Here's a phrase that I bet no one has ever said in this forum:

I CANT WAIT TIL IT GETS HERE!!

    :roof:

title should probably say What "KNIVES" do you have on the way?

I don't always look at what forum it's in, because I usually end up in a thread from the main page, not a specific forum.

I will soon be the pround owner of a... brand new Spyderco Tenacious! After much, much, much deliberation, I decided to buy my first Spyderco before my first Boker, but an M-type is next on my list.

I enjoy ordering inexpensive knives that I can carry, use, pass around, and sharpen -- without having a panic heart attack when a friend confuses the knife point with a Philips.

I truly wouldn't know what to do with a knife that costs more than $50.

    Accordingly, on the way are:
    1) Winchester (by Gerber) Ranger Stake Out Folding Pocket Knife.
    2) Boker Folding Lockback Pocket Hunting Knife (looks like a Buck 110 knockoff).

    Cheap and usable... I hope.

I had...say again had a new Spyderco Delica G-10 on the way but the seller would not ship to an APO (way to support your military) so I sent it to my dad but the guy behind the counter at USPS said he couldn't send it because it a "weapon". So now its sitting at my dads house and I can't carry it till May. Sucks.

Sorry, man - I got here from the "unread posts" link on the front page and didnt notice I was in the knives forum.

Since we are talking about knives, I actually do have something to contribute after all.

My friend Chad Nichols is making me a sweet little skinning knife out of his custom forged Damascus. Last time I was at his place he was fashioning the handles from some blaze orange G-10 and I watched him file on it for an hour or two.

I'm working on finishing his new website for him. (We'll see which of us finishes first.)
