I just ordered 2 sets of scales for 2 Bugouts. That doesn't count as knife purchases, right? :)

In the last 6 months, I've bought 10 benchmades, 4 microtechs, a spyderco and 2 chinese flippers (to see if I like flippers). I really don't need any more knives.

Now, if I repeat that a few hundred times, I might believe it :p

I have gave away more knives than I have bought in the last year. The only knives I have purchased this year are duplicates of 3 of the 4 knives that I use the most. A year or so ago I bought a limited run buck 110 I carried it 2 or 3 times . The exception was a Camillus military pocket knife that I bought dirt cheap and traded for a vintage axe

It’s a great knife. Just realized smokey mountain knife works has an exclusive bareknuckle with blackscales/stonewash blade or all blacked out with 20cv blade steel for $99 and $109 respectively lol. Oh boy.

Ordered two more three river manufacturing a neutron and an atom. The atom is a larger neutron with a couple of improvements . Almost a 3 and a half inch blade . A slightly thicker handle. The knife looks very similar to the spyderco shaman . But with 20cv steel and thiner blade

I really wanted a 485 Valet for a while but they don't come up on the trading forums often and I'm trying to save a few bucks so I was in no hurry but one showed up last week and I jumped on it.

    Flytanium cf?

They were on sale at my go-to store recently, but I was able to resist the urge. For my use case, and what I imagine BM designed it for, I feel the Bugout is pretty perfect as it is. Seeing yours with cf though, I might not be able to resist the next time

Rogue Bladeworks. This is their 2nd version. I didn't like the goofy carvings on their first CF scales but this one looked great. There are some small rub marks when the light hits it at a certain angle but they're small and overall, the scales look and feel great.

The blue is my EDC and while I've been buying a ton of new knives and putting them into rotation, I always go back to the bugouts so the scales were a good investment that I'll get use out of. I'm usually not one to farkle my knives but this seemed like good upgrades.

If USPS delivers on schedule should be here Friday, this was the most difficult to get of all my sprints thus far.

Also arriving Friday, wouldn't have bought this one, but had some points to spend brought it below the $100 mark, personally feel the price to be a bit high @ $130, seems like others may feel the same as nearly a day later and the DLT exclusive Para 3 is still available.

I think these are cool knives. Hope it works out for you. I tried one; lock was so stiff I couldn't really close it even with two hands ...

    @Moshe ben David
Yes, very stiff lock. You need the 2nd hand for closing the knife and after 5 minutes playing with it the thumb hurts. It´s in an almost new condition so I hope it will break in a little bit.

Well while waiting on my trms . I ordered a southern grind spider monkey in red g10 .35vn steel from USA blade.
I cant wait really southern grind is my kind of company. Like three rivers manufacturing not a big operation.
I have heard good and bad about southern grind, but i will make up my own mind . Likewise i never ordered from usa blade . Being a knifeaholic isnt easy , but sure is fun .

Had an American Lawman CTS-XHP. Disengaging the lock was really, really hard. After some serious usage (drywall, cables, and so on) and not holding back on nearly abusive use, it started to losen up. Moral of the story? None. Just don’t be nice to it. That’s not what they made for.
