    Just received

Red G10 PM2 M390. With the ones I already got: the 'regular' blackout CPM-S30V and the tan CPM 20CV. I feel all I need is a green CTS-204P to have the new super steel trifecta;-)

Centering was ever so slightly to one side, but I can live with it :-D[IMG][IMG][IMG]

Bark River puts out some beautiful knives and that certainly is a great example!

I have just had a second attempt at obtaining the Mini Cudeman 115B BV after being let down by a previous supplier. I'm excited as it is a small broad tactical fixed blade with red liners. It is a Spanish maker, and has a really good quality leather sheath. The steel is BÖHLER N-695. The gimping, hammer pommel, lanyard holes and wire breaker adds to its appeal. With its broad shape it will be great for food applications while being robust enough for bush tasks.

Here's the sheath. Athough Kydex is nice, it is difficult not to be seduced by some Spanish leather..

The Spanish are pretty good at making knives. I have a Joker knife (not the movie crap but the manufacturer). And it is a well made knife. Not a supersteel, but it works. And that is what a knife should do.

I was originally going to pull the trigger on the Cudeman MT-5 survival knife, but the tractor beam of the smaller blade of the 115B and prospect of EDC use proved impossble to resist.

Finally pulled the trigger. I have the regular ZT0055 already. But really like the stealth-bomber-like design

Isn't this the model with the 'disappearing' flipper tab? How does that work for you?

I agree with you -- I like the look of the knife also! Glad you posted the pic.

On the way in... actually I 'think' one has arrived - need to stroll out to the mailbox!

BM Bugout 'Blackout' via BHQ; USPS indicates this one is sitting in my mailbox. Record fast delivery! Wonder if they've been reading my posts? LOL. ;)

GEC Northfield Un-X-LD #44 'Buffalo Jack' with Autumn Gold Jigged Bone covers via DLT. On the way; maybe it will be here by Thursday?

Partly due to my unhappiness with Case and partly in recognition of GEC quality I seem to be on a GEC kick of late!

I probably require an intervention... which I'm sure my spouse would gladly do except no way in hell I'm going to let her find out! This is sorta kinda a corollary to the folk advice of not disturbing sleeping dogs .... ;)

I have a Victorinox Rambler. I love that little knife, so getting a new one and going to mod the old one to make it bladeless. The Victorinox Jetsetter doesn’t have the nail file with small slot driver which I want on my bladeless.

I went to a family get together this weekend. They are tearing my grandfathers old boathouse down. We could grab what we wanted. I grabbed this old Mora in remembrance of my grandfather who died 40 years ago. Still sharp[IMG][IMG][IMG]

Yeah Nice pattern on ye olde hard plastic sheath ;-)

I will treasure it. He was the original hard use guy. As a fisherman with his own ship he needed sharp knives to gut fish. Had a large whet stone wheel with a crank on the side. Half a tire on the bottom half with water in it. My uncles cranked it for him. Was known to sharpen knives down as far as they went.
