Sirracha! It goes great with anything and everything.
one of my comfort foods is steamed purple (khao'gram) rice w/ a drizzle of Sriracha.
The hot sauce I have in the house and never run out of, I put on near everything is Crystals
Though when splurging on specialty sauces I go with one made locally, there's only one Rasta Sauce and it is amazing!
Sriracha and Tabasco are good (and I always have some around) but lately I've really been loving Pepperheads Horrific. It's made by a local company here (who happens to stock hundreds of sauces online and in-store), and is very, very good. It's extremely spicy, but it has a really great flavor that it adds when smoke isn't coming out of your ears.
I like many of the one's already mentioned. Pico Pica hot sauce is another good one,not real hot,but good flavor.
I bought a bottle of sirracha on the recommendation of people here. I don't really like it though. Weak and artificial tasting. I think I've been spoiled by other hot sauces really. A nicer alternative to it is the excellent Mr Singhs Punjabi Chilli Sauce. Far far tastier.
I recently picked up something that I had not heard of before - Thai Cinnamon Hot Pepper Sauce. Very good, flavorful, and hot. Just found it at local grocery store.
Well my hotsauce order I placed did not come in before Thanksgiving. Sure missed a lot of opportunities to use it including an awesome venison chili.
The best all around is Franks. Not over bearing but just enough flavour to enhance dishes.
Im not to much a fan of tai food but I do love any of their hot sauce
franks red hot sauce...i put that on everything
Went to the Hmong Cafe today at lunch with my buddies for some beef Pho. Pho is a giant bowl of broth, noodles, green onion, bean sprouts, some leaf herb, lime juice, jalapenos, and super thin slices of flank steak. It's all thrown together at once and good. Last time I had it I added the Srirraca (spelling?) hot sauce on my friend's suggestion. It added some heat, but no flavor for me. Well today, I took my bottle of Vicious Viper and added four drops. It was awesome!!. I even let my buddy try it when I was through (never can eat it all) and he concurred with my assessment. The perfect blend of heat and flavor.
Gentlemen, I think I've found MY hot sauce.
Williamson Brothers... so good-
I am a Tobasco fan.....but my favorite is a brand called Melinda's there is a few different levels of heat and there all good! The nice thing is the sauce is hot but you can still enjoy the flavor of the food. My favorite flavor is called Scotch Bonnet....but again they are all good, I just ordered about $30 worth of Melinda's.....good stuff check em out!!!!
Melinda's is very good.
+1 on the sriracha but i wanna try what you guys are having. i'll be ordering some melindas scotch bonnet and some naga viper sauce
Just tried Habanero Tabasco and it's awesoome. Perfect heat and kinda kills the Tabasco twang. Now I just have to find it in a store.
