Till I can get my hands on a small real sebbie this is my favourite edc knife:
Blair Witch Opinel? Nice.
I love them(Dragonfly2) so much I bought 3 and possibly more in future...
Toss up between this one....
And this one...
Small Sebenza 21. Carries just right...
I go back and forth between a Small 21 and the Techno also. Great pair.

It's the same toss up for me. Techno or small insingo sebenza. Although I've been choosing the seb more lately.
I would carry my ZT 0560 if it wasn't so big. As it is, I carry my ZT 0566, almost as heavy as the 0560 but much smaller in the pocket. The weight just doesn't matter so much to me. I suppose if they weren't so rare or expensive, I would carry my BM 630 Skirmish, Lone Wolf Harsey T-2 or one of my limited run Benchmade AFCK or Ares, but I think if I lost one of those - or had it confiscated - I'd lose a good part of what mind I have left. You guys that EDC those $400 and up Chris Reeve, Strider and Hinder knives must have either lots of money or nerves of steel.
My ontario rat1 by far is my favorite. I have the black blade/FDE handled version I'm using right now. Also have the stainless and black handled one.
You asked for one, but I couldn't pick. Sorry.

You know, after looking at every page in this thread, I realized something great about this forum in general. I don't see anyone flaming each other over their choice of knife (or any other gear). People are posting their favorites from SRMs and Victrinox classics to Curtiss F3's, Sebenzas. Everyone seems to respect each other (and their gear choices) pretty well. I really love that.
For me, right now it's a toss up between my Rat 1, Dragonfly 2, and my grey FFG Delica 4.
I can only speak towards CRKs that I own and use. I justified the initial cost of the knife by the warranty and "spa" service.
CRK has the infrastructure to support their knives for many, many years. They will do their best to return the knife to factory fresh when sent in for "spa" for just the cost of return shipping. The fact they encourage you to take apart the knife to clean and maintain by supplying the tools to do so is also a bonus.
As long as I don't lose or completely abuse the knife, it's a tool that can be around for the rest of my life, and probably still be passed down to the next generation.
It's the one on the left. Pretty much perfection. That's a Small Sebenza Insingo in case you were wondering.
Not exactly. It is Linear B Syllabic script, the first writing of Greek language, from 1450BC. It reads KA-TE-RI-NA, Catherine, my wife's name.
I've been trending to traditional folders lately and have been carrying a smooth white bone "viper" from GEC, very classy in the workplace!
I am truly sorry for my ignorance. Did not mean to make fun of your knife. It is beautiful and your explanation makes it even more beautiful.
No problem my friend. How could you know? I didn't know what Blair Witch was either!
