The 1.4110 stainless in my Swiss Army Knives. I still really like 440C, and 8Cr13Mov is growing on me. An unpretentious little steel that just does the job of cutting things. I have a D2 folder, and I like it, but I think I need to invest in some better sharpening stones, a drill stop, and an Angle Cube for grinding it. It's sharp, but it's not hair popping sharp.
