I've carried the simple wallet from Saddleback Leather for the past three years, the one with just one card slot for about five cards. Dropped it on the side of the road one night and a public works employee found it and gave it back to me three months later. He found it the day he gave it to me and it was in the exact spot I had been three months earlier. It's still in great shape to this day, only gets better with age.

Got this wallet because of the rfid blocking, it's small for my front pocket, and I paid about $15.

So far I like the wallet. I've maxed it out with 11 cards. 4 on each side of the RFID blocking side, 1 in the ID slot, and 2 under the money clip on the inside. Anyone have any long term experience with these wallets or reviews?

I'm waiting to take hold of the Ironthread wallet I backed on KS. It's everything I've ever wanted in a wallet, so hopefully the quality is nice enough to last me forever!

Picked it up 3 years back, hasn't failed me yet. No popped stitches etc. Didn't break the bank to buy. I just took off the strap thing and swapped it out for a 550 cord loop, more easy to use.

After a year with the Saddleback bifold, I wanted to try something small that could be carried front-pocket if necessary (I do a fair bit of travelling).

I decided to try a Bellroy Slim Sleeve. It take my 8 core cards plus cash without even trying hard. It's a very different animal from the SBL. Bellroy is correct in saying that the best way to slim down is to not put leather between EVERY card. In fact, the Bellroy with 8 cards + cash is slimmer than the SBL bifold with only 6 cards and no cash. However I don't see my Bellroy being able to last 100 years of use like I'm confident my SBL will!

I would also like to know who makes this. I have some extra cards I carry sometimes I don't want to bulk up my wallet with.

LV all the way for me. Such nice leather, great layout.
