    Awesome carry! Beautiful knives on both counts. I've been carrying a VG10 FRN Dragonfly II for over 2 years. I love it! Always go back to it. I've considered purchasing a ZDP and the G10 to make the same mod. Is it worth it?

    Thanks for the comments Bikeracer77. Well, ZDP-189 is one of my favorite steels, not that there's anything wrong with VG-10! And the G-10 Dragonfly has some weight to it, and just feels so much beefier than the FRN. So it just seemed right to me, to put my favorite steel in the G-10/stainless slabs. I like it, really. But I'm somewhat of a perfectionist, and the lockbar doesn't fit as good as it did in each knife before I made the swap. I mean both lockbars work and fit acceptably in both knives, but obviously not as perfectly as they fit the blades they were fitted to. I even tried swapping the lockbars in each knife, but they're different. I'm going to leave the swap "as is" for now, but if the "not perfect" fitting lockbars bother me enough, I could probably be persuaded to swap them back, and still be happy because of the bombproof feel of the G-10 Dragonfly 2.

    My absolute all the time EDC knife is a victorinox cadet, and a vic classic sd on my key ring. no matter what else im carrying, i will always have those on me.
