That looks like a terrific little fixed blade. The orange handles just add that extra bit of charm.
The cryo is always a winner. Love the bead and lanyard too!
It really is a great knife. I still can't get over the price!
Don't think I have a pic, and pretty sure it's a Spartan SAK. Two blades, can and bottle openers. Awl and Phillips screwdriver bottom.
Today my knife of choice was the Spyderco Manix 2 in Translucent blue. I absolutely love this knife and for such a large blade it weighs next to nothing. Not to mention CTS-BD1 is by far my favorite steel for almost everything nowadays.
Sorry for the bad picture, I was out in the shop and just used my phone. It is what it is...
Oh and before everybody jumps on me for not having a mirror polish on the blade, it's only because CTS-BD1 stays so freakishly sharp for so long I have yet to even strop it. It's still riding the factory edge and can still shave hair off my arm. I'll slap in on the EPA (edge pro apex) as soon as it can't cut hair
Can't speak for everyone else but I don't think the majority here are married to the idea of mirror finished blades.
Right now, I'm all about stonewashed finishes. Mirror finishing (while pretty) attracts fingerprints and makes tiny scratches a HUGE eyesore. I don't want to be afraid to use my knife because it might get smudged.
I think that would be a Vic Tinker. A really nice EDC tool combo.
Hopefully these the next weeks. Rambler, Pioneer and SE Ladybug.
Pretty sure he's talking about the edge being mirror polished, as in sharp looking. Not the whole blade being mirror polished.
