A Spyderco is NEVER boring. Especially at an affordable price.

I like my Tenacious almost as much as I like my Manix.

A bit too big for me to EDC in this city, though.

I wish I lived out in the country.

They are on the verge of making a smaller model just like it. I believe it's called Persistent. I would google it, I believe it's on the spyderco forums.

    Thanks, I'll check it.

I've noticed the knife industry move toward smaller blades as laws and attitudes change.

I EDC a little custom ringed hawkbill by MSCantrell. Handy little thing and I wear it everywhere and nobody ever comments on it being on my belt.

Me, too. It's sharp, simple to maintain, light, and rides very well in my pocket. I first thought it too big for EDC use, but it is easier to carry than I thought, and the extended tang is useful for drawing it from the pocket. It just went to Italy with us for a vacation, where I used it to cut fruit and other foods. The broad, thin blade makes it a useful slicer for food prep. This could probably be used for 90% of my kitchen knife chores. Great knife!

I'm working on a review and plan to post it here in the forums.
