This week I converted from my Alloy SAK to a CRKT Howard Viele small Wasp. I found that carrying my latest Atwood duplicated some of the usefulness of the SAK and that I only needed a supplemental blade.

I have this one in my pocket. I LOVE the Dog Paws Sebbie and I missed it.

New month, new carry...........at least for a while! Current knife in pocket is my Coyote Brown Strider AR, with the deep carry clip I made for it. When this knife is in my pocket it disappears completely, with only a short, black clip to show. Really like it!! Also in the running is my CRK Umnumzaan. Don't have it yet, but will on Monday, and that is a ZT0500 MUDD. I've had two and sold both.........had to sale due to circumstances at the time...........and planning for this one to stay around for a L O N G time! This one will probably end up in my pocket as my edc for the month of October, that is if I can hold out!! :) ;) :luck:

Btw, pics are from different sites and not my own...

I have been carrying a Spyderco wallet knife for years. It's simple, discreet and always there when I need it.

With all these forums here is my EDC progression into madness :lolhammer:

    1. SW cheapie - Gave up the ghost and I got rid of it, my last ever chinese made blade.
    2. Kershaw Scallion - nice knife, a little small.
    3. SAK explorer - nice, but not much of a knife.
    3. SAK German Army One-Handed Trekker.
    4. Benchmade 557 Mini-Grip - good knife, but the tanto edge makes it seem really thin.
    5. Zero Tolerance 0300...bit of a jump there.
    6. Buck/Strider 882...close but not quite there...

Current : Strider SnG sharpened to a razor edge. :D

Just bought the CLB Design Boker Trance. Low profile and very sharp. It holds well. I think the efficiency of it's function comes from it's simplicity. Nice clean lines.
I am very pleased with this purchase to go along with few I have bought as a result of this forum.

    Many thanks!

Any particular blade forum you'd recommend I watch?

Just got my foliage green D2 para-military in the mail, so that's going to be my EDC for awhile at least. :roof:
