    Yes, it´s Surefire EW-08 L.E.O.® Law Enforcement Utility Knife
    here is the description:
    The L.E.O. was designed with the needs of law enforcement and military professionals in mind. This rugged titanium-framed folder features a durable, locking drop-point steel blade, which can be quickly opened with its integral finger guard or thumb stud. The blade has a ground-in flathead screwdriver that's perfect for attaching or removing license plates. A low-profile flex-cuf cutter, which snaps neatly into the frame when not in use, cuts through both flex-cufs and zip-ties, and a strong, reversible pocket clip keeps the L.E.O. positioned in your pocket or tac vest the way you're most comfortable with, so you can get it out smoothly and quickly.

    I should get some updated pictures of my EDC. Fairly's become my only fixed-blade maker and I couldn't be prouder. After spending years bouncing around with folders, I returned to a sprint-run PM2. I just can't beat that configuration for EDC folding.
