My first PST was a Father's Day gift from one of my girls years ago. I just bought another one on eBay and then made a kydex sheath for it. They are nice and thin. And for me, sentimental...... <<< Even when the world is at peace, a gentleman always keeps a blade at his side. -The Strategies of Wu. >>>
Picked this little guy out of the drawer today, and sure glad I did. Have been carrying larger knives lately and had forgotten how handy and sweet this Blade-Tech can be.
I could never see myself with a BIG Cold Steel knife. I don't do tip down even having gone so far as to change 4 knives from down to up. I haven't changed anything from what I posted last time. But tomorrow morning I may change the Swerve to a Freefall.
Actually I got it used from tmedina here on edcf. I think he actually received it it pre-etched too so I'm not sure what the exact process used was. It looks nice though.
Took a $12.99 chance on a Coast DX311. With a double lock. Been carrying it a few days now it's soid and very sharp. Time will tell how much knife I got for $12.99 Nice site to help me forget my troubles. Had a surgical procedure on my heart, lost my insurance at year end, switched to Obama care, now my cardiologist won't see me unless I pay out of my own pocket. Stove broke, took 10 days to get new part. My daughter somehow got into poison oak. But when I come to this site I feel like I am with a bother hood of logical thinkers. I find it very relaxing and enjoyable. All the best to each of you.
I am sorry to hear all that. I feel similarly about this site. I am carrying an Emerson Mini Commander today.
I don't even know what brand it is. Has an elephant with some foreign language on blade. I have enjoyed this knife for years. Blade is 440C right at 4" long and very sharp. Only have to strop every so often to maintain it. Paid hardly nothing for it and it is one of my favorites. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Tapatalk
