I was in Ottawa this summer and tried to get to Kutters Knives but didn't have the time! Not to mention, I didn't think it would be a great idea to bring a temperamental toddler into a shop full of pointy things. Maybe next time!

My Boker Camp has been cloistered for too long, and needed some pocket-time.

Purchased this knife ages ago and never really pocketed it much. Finally got a deep carry clip for it and she is definitely being used more now, problem solved![IMG]

Had it, but sold it. As much as i wanted to carry it, and even with a titanium deep carry clip, it just was not made for me. That’s not saying it’s not a great knife, with a very interesting design that I still like a lot.

I totally see your point, this knife has many downfalls. No deep carry clip, lack of traction on the handle, lack of gimping, and very heavy. Nice looking and would deal with heavy use but overall that's all it has going for it.

I really like that blade shape. Who is making it for massdrop and what is the knife name?

I try to do a rotation change on Wednesday; actually succeeded this week:
    • LF pocket, on Pangea Ti Pickpocket dangler: LM Squirt PS4
    • Coin pocket: Spyderco Ladybug Salt Hawkbill; yellow FRN handle; lock back; 1 7/8" H1 steel hawkbill blade, SE grind
    • Right front pocket wire clip: Spyderco Pingo #C163POR; slip joint knife; 2.35" Bohler N690Co steel sheep's foot blade. Produced in Spyderco facility in Maniago Italy.
    • This knife was designed by the team of Jens Anso and Jesper Voxnaes to comply with various European knife laws including Denmark. As you'll see from the pic below, the blade actually has a neat curve to it which brings to mind (sorta) the Spydie Chef knife...which I hanker for big time! :).
    • To be honest I don't remember where I bought this knife from, but the pics below are from BladeHQ.
    • Oh yeah, one other detail: Spyderco has discontinued production of this neat little knife! Pity.

Queen Cutlery Railsplitter in buffalo horn covers. Stout little knife, with plenty of cutting power and awesome heat treat from Queen on its D2 blades.

I have a couple of Queens in D2, they are great traditional folders.
