That’s one of the ZTs I really like. One thing are visible grind marks. Not polished to pudding. Looks like well done machining, a controlled manufacturing process. Sent from my Glade Air Freshener
I don't have any ZT, but I do have several 'as ground' Case knives. I like them for the same reason as you mention. I have though noticed one drawback. When I use any of them for slicing fruit e.g., apples or pears, the slicing is just not as nice as with a polished blade. I have no doubt the 'as ground' just has more friction which doesn't lend so well to this task... So I don't use them for that anymore. L'chaim! Moshe ben David
