That's a really cool pic, AF! What's not to like? A Swiss Alox in front of a beautiful, alpine landscape!

Changed-it up today. Bossing the Vic Silver Tech again! One of my favorites; not the best snap, but I guess it will do. A thousand pardons. ;)

I’ve never had the same knife twice, but since I love this thing so much, I was going to buy it again after I thought it was lost.
So freakin happy I found it. Sharpest knife I’ve ever owned.

@brand0n: I'll bet as the great sage Carlin once observed, you found it in the last place you looked, no? ;)

    Well done!

Today being Wednesday, it was time for a mid-week rotation change....:
    • LF pocket, on Pangea Ti Pickpocket dangler: LM Squirt PS4
    • Coin pocket: Spyderco Manbug; black FRN handle; lock back . 1 7/8" VG-10 leaf shaped blade, SE grind.
    • On belt in a sheath at 3 o'clock. Antonini 'Old Bear, M size. Walnut oiled handle. Blade is 3 1/4" clip point blade of 420 SS. Antonini is an Italian knife maker; in business since 1925. The knife is very much in the same design genre as Opinel, but the collar lock is different and I find it functions easier.
    • I have two knives from this maker; this one and a large size. Both have walnut oiled handles. I find the handles are more stable relative to humidity levels than Opinel. I also like the way the handles are shaped compared to Opinel; subtle but there you have it. If you've not seen these knives, here is a pic I've 'borrowed' from BladeHQ -- which is where I bought both knives:

It is comical but my current EDC is the Spyderco Grasshopper. Honestly is a great little knife for a keychain. [IMG]

Awesome knife shop here in the White Mountains - Sawyer River Knife and Trading. I just added this to my collection.

Medford's are extremely over-built knives, just like Crusader Forge. I'm also, a fan of Grayman Knives. The 'Tiga' looks awesome. Price-wise, these are not for the faint-of-heart. Your Medford, supremely; rocks by-the-way.

Thanks! The Mefords are ridiculously overbuilt typically not my style but I couldn't resist. The Grayman knives look nice too. Maybe my next one....

I hear you about: resisting. Everytime I see a new knife, I feel like someone just 'cued-up', Down With The Sickness by Disturbed. :frantic:
