Nice couple of hawkbills there (well, one is properly a karambit, I know!). Glad to see also someone else who finds a hawkbill with a SE useful! I have Spyderco Ladybug, Dragonfly, and Tasman hawks all in the H1 with SE grinds. L'chaim! Moshe ben David
Starting off the week: > LF pocket, on dangler: LM Squirt PS4 > belt sheath at 9 o'clock: LM Blast > Coin pocket: Spyderco Ladybug Hawkbill, H1 steel, SE > RF pocket: Ganzo Firebird F7431, orange G10 scales; steel liners; flipper with a liner lock; 440C spear point blade ~3 1/4". Tip up carry. This blade is a FFG and is only about 7/8" tall. The action on the flipper is VERY smooth; I doubt it has bearings but Ganzo seems to have used very smooth washers. Blade doesn't seem to have enough mass to flip to full open without a slight wrist action but I'm not complaining. Rides easy in the pocket and is a pleasure to use! Like the green Ganzon I was carrying last week, it is an open back construction. L'chaim! Moshe ben David
I have the exact same knife in aluminium, and i love it and the grind/profile. Heard tell from others as well that it is the best of this design Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
