Sure why not.
No just put it in the crack of the tree..
Cheap and cheerful Rough Rider. I was after a Scout style knife and found this. Also made a lanyard for it with some Atwood 550 Zombie and an old spent .22 casing.
Maybe not the most obvious or popular choice: Spyderco Native C41PSBK. Super lightweight, yet rugged and awesome CPMS30V Steel. Smooth action and just the right size. The 2/3 serration does really great.
Yes I know it's discontinued, but try to get one. It's totally worth it. Just got it out of a whim and now it's in my pocket all the time (and I own a 940 and 0770CF and stuff).

+1 on the Native. Any model. I have one w/o the serrations and I do hold it in esteem.

Stuck my Chestnut Peanut in my pocket. Have two puppies on me at the moment.
A simple Victorinox Huntsman. In fact the only pocketknife I own. Suits my Macgyver mindset about EDC, doesn't attract too much attention when in use an if I lose or break it, it's easily replaced.

Lazing around in the housecoat this morning, so stuck this in my pocket
