Well this one after I found it in my boot!
You sharpen it and it cuts things. .has a single ~3" blade it's pretty close.
Maybe he thought it would fit better in the Show Us Your Sharps section than in the EDC Knife one
kdurt Acid etched and stonewashed Caly3. Why the acid darkened only half of the blade is beyond me but that shiny line is looking interesting. Maybe they used nickel to laminate the 2 steels?
I really like how you have rounded off all the sharp edges on that Caly .
Thank you. Right now it's really great just to play with it
The beauty and the beast for today:
Just got up and heading out to make coffee. Slipped my SAK Rambler into my pocket just in case...
GEC 85P is in my pocket.

I think you are right, looks like a dissimilar metal. I think it looks really cool! I like the darker etches almost like black wash . You have transformed that Caly. Nothing like the knife I carried for years.
I have a bucket of old springs off of drum brakes on cars. I bet the spring steel could be annealed to bend into a clip then re-hardened.
Pohl is a bit like Microtech in that they make a model for a short time then discontinue it. Their MK1 is a new model very high end ($450ish) and I think it is Lionsteel's sliepner steel or m390.
info about that watch please
Hinderer XM-18 today along with my Hinderer Ti Investigator Pen. Just received it yesterday so time will tell how I like it but so far good except need to correct the detent so it will flip open a little better.
So, with a small drumroll, this week's non-pictorial rotation: Spyderco Dragonfly 2, H1 SE; teamed with a Case Peanut, ss, yellow delrin; and as always, my LM Squirt PS-4 hanging with the keys!
Have a great week everyone!

I doubt that you want to look at my Imperial but like a worry stone it will be down in my pocket!
I change back and forth between a Kershaw Blur and ZT0566.
