Ontario RAT 2
My Rat 2 got some pocket time, too, I just hope they won't release a D2 blade version like for the RAT 1, would be difficult to resist as the soft blade steel is my biggest concern on this knife...
This is indeed a Syph007 creation and I can't say enough good things about him, his service and his work!
I thought the same. I´m happy with my RAT 2 but how could I resist when they release a D2 version? No chance
Nice scales !!!
Thank you. Took some time to make them and I wish I could get rid of the un-planned clip holes on the show-side but I'm still satisfied
The rains have come again. The very least I could do was pack a canoe.

Just picked up one of these from the bay. Nice knife!

Just picked this up and I have to say I'm impressed. Smooth as butter out of the box, grinds are 100% symmetrical, fit and finish is out of this world and no play in any direction. Yes, it's 14C28N but my god it is the SHARPEST out of the box knife I've ever used. It can tree top hair no problem. It's a little pricey for 14C28N, but the fit and finish is worth the price of admission.

I have my Rough Rider Copperhead in pocket. Stainless Steel just seems better at this time.
That's on nice looking knife, Who's the maker?
What did that start out life as?
If I am not mistaken, that's a Benchmade Hunt series Crooked River
I bet your right. I had thought a 943 but closer inspection tells me my sense of scale was incorrect.
