Three knives got used today. ZT, Camillus and Schrade. Same bunch for tomorrow. Hope it will be a better day!
I don't take it out to the field for use, it is now a family heirloom. It was my fathers hunting knife when he was a young man, and I treasure it as such. Even though he gave up hunting many decades ago, I can remember him carrying and using this knife on camping trips when I was very young lad. One day i hope to pass it down to one of my children, if any one of them learns to appreciate fine cutting tools... I can attest that it is a fantastic field knife. Nice weight and balance, feels good in the hand, easy to sharpen, and it takes an extremely keen edge. This knife is quite likely the sharpest on I own.
Oh thank you for the answer and congrats for the knife and its story. Enviado desde mi D5803 mediante Tapatalk
The Anso is a Spyderco pingo, with custom scales from Cuscadi, a custom lanyard loop and a thumbstud screwed through the spydie hole. The other knife is my a UK maker called Shing...
Just picked up a benchmade 15016-1 I've been carrying it nonstop since I got it. Such a sweet little fixed blade. S30v's nice too!!
