If you can handle the recoil from it, their .9mm is even slimmer than the Kahr PM9.
yep, but still a little big for pocket carry. and if one doubts the stopping power of the .32 (or the .380)..here's an older story of interest.
.32 does the job
Springfield XD .40, two extra clips in a 5.11 belt slide
I've been looking at the P64 myself. One of my local gun holes has 2 on the shelf for $210 ea. Thats pretty easy on the wallet. I'm also considering the PA-63. I like where the mag release is compared to the P64. I think this is going to be the summer of the cheap gun. My gun safe is looking empty.
Glock 23 w/ factory night sights
Speer gold dot 155gr.
Speer gold dot 135gr.+p
LEO only 3rd Gen G19 RTF2 w/night sights.
Forgot to mention, 124gr +P 9mm Gold Dot as the ammo of choice.
Actually, all handgun calibers have rather poor stopping power compared to rifles or shotguns. Sure, you can often get by with a .25 or .32 auto. But it's important to carry the biggest caliber you can handle, in the smallest package you can conceal. I know guys who can pocket carry a Kahr PM9, a .9mm that isn't as slim as the Kel-tec version. I know of an individual who prevented his own kidnapping with a small-caliber, two-shot, derringer. Afterwards, he started carrying a .45 semi-auto instead.
Sw m&p 40 c. Seecamp 32.
i now carry a milspec S&W micro compact 45. the iron sites were too small so i added a crimson trace grip to it. It's beautiful, but i had to take it to the smith for some ejector work before i would carry it.
Changing to a Glock 33 ( 357 SIG ), will be here next week.
I just picked this one up today. Never thought I would buy any glock other than black, but this on kinda grew on me. It's a 26.
On my side I carry a Glock 26 and in the CC Compartment of my Maxpedtion bag I carry a Glock 30. It is just to hard to beat a Glock so I decided to carry a pair of them. lol! I also carry 20 extra rounds for each in my EDC bag.
How do you like your LCR w/Supertuck? I have been looking at getting that very same setup. How does the trigger feel? I shot my Dad's S&W Airweight: the trigger pull was long like I expected, but also very stiff and not very smooth. The recoil was sharp, but not uncontrollable.
LOL how funny, The above G-26 rides on the CCW panel in my Maxpedition Neatfreak Organizer and I carry a G-30SF.
Why two different calibers?
Looks good, the 33 I ordered is same color combo.
Just switched from my winter casual carry Beretta 92 to my summer casual carry XD9 subcompact. Ammo wise I load them with either federal or hornady brand self defense loads.
