Glock 19 or Glock 26 in a Crossbreed Supertuck.
My newest handgun in my carry rotation; an LSI Citadel officer size 1911.
Smith & Wesson 340PD Scandium Titanium 357 Mag with Crimson Trace
and Sig P238 w Nite Sites
638 Airweight in a Galco ankle rig...
Glock 27. Green.
Usually, I carry a Smith M&P9 with a SureFire X200A and XS Big Dots in a Raven Concealment holster. Two spare mags on my weak hand side in RM Holster Works pouches. Occasionally I'll ditch the light and use either a Leather Arsenal Double Deep Concealment, or a Del Fatti SLP2.
Every now and then I'll switch things up and carry a Glock 17 or a CZ 75, but the Smith is my typically daily carry piece.
My new EDC handgun is a Glock 27. It was a Keltec P3AT for long time. Now, unless I forget, or don't feel like it, I'll carry it in my pocket as a "New York reload!"
Majority of the time it's a Kimber Pro Carry in a CompTac M-tac. I've changed the sights, grips to some slim ones, checkered the front strap and done some polishing to the internals.
It's got roughly 5k rounds through it and after some initial ejecting issues it has worked beautifully. I also use this as my IDPA gun.
Sorry for iphone pic, realized I didn't have one with the new grips on hand so took one real quick.
It's a Glock 26, unless it's really steamy in the summer: if I'm in shorts and an aloha shirt I'm probably carrying a Kel-Tec P3AT in a belly band along with a spare magazine.
I've got a Kimber Ultra CDP II and a Kimber Tactical Pro that I carry when I can hide them. I like the 1911, and they work for me for CCW. The Ultra isn't too tough to hide with its shortened frame. Both go into either FIST #22 or Comp-Tac CTAC holsters generally.
I also have a Ruger LCP that I carry, sometimes as a backup, but mostly as an alternative to the bigger guns when I wear clothes that are challenging to hide something bigger. I'm always watching for a SIG P238 in local gunstores as well, I'd sorta like to move on to one of those for my backup/alternative gun in place of the LCP. The LCP is pocket carry.
The only other guns I occasionally carry are a couple of revolvers, either a Ruger LCR or an old Colt Magnum Carry.
CZ75B with extended mag.
Current: S&W M&P 9mm fullsize. I thought I didn't like polyframed guns, till I tried this one. Love it! If you are evaluating or just purchased one, shoot with each backstrap in place, comparing your performance with each one to the others. Timed drills are a great way to accomplish this, too.
CZ 75 Compact, 9mm
Ruger Security Six 4"bbl, .357Mag
FN Hi Power
Glock22rtf and Glock27 and 2 spare 22 mags
Every day is a Seecamp .32 or CZ 1945. Depending on clothing, you might find me with a Sig P220 or the random 1911.
Daily carry is a Glock 33 with a spare mag. I usually run a galco kydex IWB holster or occasionally a fobus style paddle.
Ruger LCP Spring XDSC40 XDM9MM Lady Smith357
Taurus Millienium Pro 45 ACP
How do you like that 238? I have heard mixed reviews, but seems like a good, smaller alternative to my 229.
Got to ask . . . How is the felt recoil on that thing?
Its there for sure. However, I am not a small framed guy so I it's not that bad for me. Normally I dont EDC this handgun though. It's normally is in my truck. Just recently got a LAPG Bail Out bag that I keep in truck and moved this to the concealed pocket. When I do carry on my person it fits perfect inside the waistband in a Don Hume holter.
