I use that same Baton as my nightstand light. I love the frosted, soft beam for nighttime excursions. Also love the tail magnet.
I've been using the Olight i3T, I "upgraded" from my Streamlight Microstream. This is the light that lives in the watch pocket of my jeans, it has to be small and has to have a good clip. I love Olight, but last night I realised that this light is either 5 lumens, or 180 lumens and there is no middle ground. At about 2am I switched back to the Microstream. At 45 lumens that seems to be a comfortable middle ground. It also feels a little more classy than the Olight. Maybe it's because the Microstream is matte, and the Olight is shiney?

For right now..I'm using my Peak El Capitian as my main light, with my HDS Rotary 250 as backup. When it starts to get darker in the morning...I'll switch to my HDS Rotary 250 as my main light, with my Elzetta Charlie as backup.

McGizmo Sapphire and Ti Arc AAA both use the same body and head, designed by McGizmo. The electronics inside differ, but they look the same from the outside.
On-duty; Nitecore MH27. Off-duty; either a Fenix PD35 or a Fenix E12 depending on situation and time of day. These are in addition to a Streamlight TLR-1HL on my sidearm, and additional batteries/headlamp(s)/backup light(s) in my bag. Overkill? Probably, but I work a lot of nights and I like knowing what the is going on around me.
