Noticed yesterday that I had 3 flashlights on my person. A FourSevens mini turbo2 in my trouser pocket, and in my coat, an old Fenix single cr123 twisty (my first non maglite torch) and an Atactical A1s.
That's an impressive time, I'm guessing that it's powered by the same battery that you would use in their drill/power tools? I'm not 'up' on that brand but going by the others, 12v or 18v seem to be common choices nowadays.
Yeah same battery. The light has 3 modes on it and the highest will last 8 hours. Yeah voltage pretty much stays around that range, just the amperage changes with Milwaukee to 5.0, 6.0 and of course the High Demand 9.0. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
Fenix E12 for the past couple of years. Very handy and just enough light for the job. I always seem to have some AA batteries around. I just wish it had a sub-lumen mode, other than that, I really like it.
Yep! S4-3D Neutral Tint. I wanted a 219 but they are always sold out it seems like but this thing is pretty amazing for sure anyway! The Ramping is pretty nice and overall the interface seems to be the one to beat to me. For the price it is crazy nice,I only wish it had a nicer screwed on clip of some kind.
I carried and used my AA Thrunite t10 stainless since over 2 1/2 years EVERY DAY. -- Not like "I got a dozen of lights and rotate daily", I seriously carried and used it every single day. When I have pants on, this light is clipped next to my wallet. Great edc light. fell down on concrete floor several times, still works perfectly and looks great and has a perfect screw-on clip that will never get out of your pocket. has a very warm comforting rather yellowish tint like a good old light bulb, but it is super bright on high, It has 0.5.moonlight, mode memory and a nice low medium at about 20 lumens. I just love it. and the stainless and titanium versions are very beautiul on top of that. I got a ton of other lights i like to try and sometimes carry another one beside that one, but my t10s is always clipped to my back pocket and there to serve. downside: this beauty is no longer produced... why??? (only the black aluminium version with stainless head to be found.. what a pity.)
I tend to agree i have the Ti version only problem i have is the switch can be hard in gloves and the body is too smooth to get a bite to turn on but otherwise solid light, size, tint and output spot on and its tough. My TN12 2014 has a very finicky switch. I went to a house to turn off a breaker to stop some low voltage and it flicked and the homeowner had to use his cheapo LED light for a split second talk about embarrassing.
