Perhaps, originally being a New Yorker, I have a higher tolerance for supposed rudeness than others, but I have never been treated rudely anywhere in France, including Paris, despite the fact that I barely speak enough French to order a meal and ask for l'addition.

On the other hand, here in my adopted state of Virginia, Sarah Huckabee was refused service in a Lexington Virginia restaurant yesterday because the owner did not care for her employer, the President of the United States. Lexington, mind you is not even in Northern Virginia (which is overrun with 'rude' Yankees like me. :), it is in the South, where gracious manners supposedly define the region. Rudeness...and graciousness are individual, not national traits.

Today it is my Smith & Wesson Shield 9mm.

It is a toss up between that and my Gen 4 Glock 26 or Smith 442 snubbie. Depends on what I have to wear that day.

I LOVE my Shield 9mm. I also carry a Kel Tec PF9 when I want to go ultra concealed.
