    You will love the Trance.
For the price, its excellent, its alot very thin and light, you cant tell you have it on you.
But you still get a decent length of blade, that is usable, and comes razor sharp.

Not quite a gadget, but I purchased a plain black belt from for everyday use from the mall (Anchor Blue). It appears to have a bottle opening on the back of the buckle. I don't see myself using this ever.

    Me: How about a beer?
    Friend: Sure.
Me: *proceeds to remove belt from pants, terrifying friend who is now thinking that I'm about to strip*

I found a couple of the large stainless finish(#4 size) NITE iZE S-BINERs at Walmart in the hardware section, so I thought I'd give 'em a try for key chain duty. They were $2.34 each, and no other sizes or finishes were in sight or had pegs marked for them.

Easy pistol ;D I'm with ya pal!

I love the aviators....used to have a pair back in the 80's....only recently re-aquainted myself with them!

Obviously the wife has NO taste at all (besides her choice of men LOL)

 "two beers if you just use the church key on the counter." I see you point, what marketing guy thought that up?

Here's my adds for the past week. The black square is a pocket roll of duct tape I made.

Very pretty. Reminds me a bit of my Kershaw TI-ATS34.

SRacer, how did you roll the duct tape? I recently started using empty WalMart gift cards as a core to roll duct tape or vinyl electrical tape; you can get a good amount on them before they get too thick to put in your pocket, and the cards give them some stiffness that makes it easy to get the tape on and off.

My addition this week is a keychain "fauxton" light from DealExtreme. I saw DX mentioned here on the forums and picked up a ten-pack (actually, I picked up 3 10-packs) of these little lights. Obviously, the construction and toughness is not as good as a true Photon, but the brightness is outstanding, and the price was excellent (there is a small discount if you order multiple packs).

I plan on handing these little babies out to family and friends as Xmas gifts. At around 40-cents each, I'm even considering picking up 3 more packs of them to give out to my co-workers; my department is only 25 people and these little lights would make nice Xmas gifts.

I just wish I could get Swiss Tech Screwz-Alls for that kind of discount!

Latest addition is a K&M Matchcase, in the long version for REI stormproof matches. This thing is built like a tank!

The duct tape is wrapped around some plastic I found at a Joann's, I think it's for pattern making. Pic attached

I also hacked the pry bar down. It turned out great!

A couple fairly recent acquisitions are a stainless shorty whistle from Wykeite and a BladeTech Mouse Lite from Sharpdogs. Both have proven worthy additions to my EDC loadout...
