Traveled to northern Israel for 4 days of hiking, and passed through 'Source hydration' factory. Got the assault model in ACU for 50$. starting today, this is my EDC bag.

I just ordered a ThruNite TN11 flashlight from ledfiretorches in the UK. Its a factory return with the extra-extra tube extender (for multiple cell options), and I used a discount from another forum I subscribe to. Less than £50 with 3 free CR123 cells and all accessories.

This was a serious impulse buy. I really don't need this torch. Ooops. I hope the boss doesn't find out.

I shouldve snapped pictures, post fail.

My daughter has been wanting a yoyo now for about a month id say. I didnt want to order one so I have been browsing for a nice beginner yoyo for her and a yoyo for myself to get back into the habit. They used to be the "thing" when I was in 2nd grade. I called all around town today and found a shop down the road that had the inventory I had been looking for.

I ended up getting her a classic Duncan Imperial, perfect to learn the motion and to be able to retract.

I treated myself to a yoyo factory Velocity, it is bad-ace. My gosh this thing spins forever. And to my surprise, I could still do around the world, the cradle dealio, some binding and walking the dog like it was my job, ;)

The little one will grasp it eventually. Shes more so setting it down instead of throwing it towards the ground, lol. I give her a month or two and shes a pro.

I was looking for a cigarette case that I could carry in my shirt pocket. Started out with the stainless steel model on the left. It was okay, but the front is a fairly heavy slab of steel that was intended for engraving. The weight of the case would pull the pocket on my lightweight summer shirts down to my navel.

The one on the right worked out much better. It's aluminum and feather light. The "door" has a spring in the hinge so when the button on the side is pressed, it flips open automatically. I can easily work the button with either hand. Got this one off evilBay, $7.00 delivered from China.

I was concerned that the corners might be too pointy and start destroying shirt pockets, but as you can see, there's some radius to the bent metal.

Oh yeah, and I got some new steel-toe kicks for work.

That's cool, although I'm a non smoker. Maybe you could use it for contact cards or other cards (credit card ond cash?) too? I'll have to figure it out :)
