If you wanna buy radio, check out these guys. I've been out of the scene, but they should have some nice portables there.

The smallest AM/FM/WB radio I have seen is the Sony SRF-M85V S2 Sports Radio. I have one and it's pretty small but still not as small as those Sangean's. That Sangean S2 is impressively small.

Smallest AM/FM/WB radio I have seen is the Sangean DT-400W. Shirt pocket size. Takes 2x AA's. Uses earbuds but has a speaker.

I was looking at the DT-400W on Sangean's site and then Googled it. It's basically the same size as the Sony I posted below except it has a speaker. I like the size of the Sangean S2. If the DT-400W had been that small I would have got one of them. Thanks for the heads up.

Been using them for a while now. Actually wore one out as the plastic flipper broke off :( . Contacted CB and they sent me a replacement top w/trim to length tube. Of course all mine came from REI too .

I am looking for an EDC radio to listen to MLB games while watching my sons' little league games. How well does the speaker work on this Sangean? Would I be able to hear it clearly outside? I am not interested in using earbuds. Thanks.

May be larger than you have in mind, but will cover a lot of radio bases...

I bought a Spyderco Tenacious today! :smitten:
It's my first Spyderco and it's awesome, I know it's made in China but I couldn't care less about it. The steel is still way better than any knife I ever owned.
everything on the knife is high quality, solid lockup and the g10 feels great. It was 55 euro's, so it's not as cheap as in the US, I'm still very happy with it ;D

While looking around for some Alox SAK's I saw the SwissFlash Flight in silver Alox. They have them in different capacities, as high as 16GB. I opted for an 8GB. I also happened to pick up a SAK Classic SD in silver Alox and thought it would make a great comparison model for the SwissFlash.

SwissTech Micro-Pro™ XL900. It has little pliers, wire cutter, flat screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, and a detachable led light. $9.99 at Staples (but free because I had $10.80 in Staples Rewards bucks).
